WE ARE MOVING: LETS TALK ABOUT ARTS!

I know it’s been ages since I last posted here. Maybe it’s actually the first time I’m appearing here since the beginning of this year, and we are just a few weeks and a month till this year ends but it was for a good reason, I promised.    

I figured I’ll have to let this blog go at some point. Obviously, I knew if I ever want to pursue my blogging career, this blog is only temporary. So that time has come. We are finally leaving this blog and moving to one that I believe is much more better. For one, I’ve got a domain!!! But chill, nothing much changed. It’s still Geekysharon. But what will this new blog be about? Its basically going to be the upgraded version of what I do here. And this post, is to cover up what it will be about. I promise to make it as short as I can.

Geeky Sharon is an art blog, a literature blog and here I’ll talk about the world of art and entertainment and what it means to be a creative, our work as creatives and of course, I’ll lifestyle. So if you’re a creative, an artist or even a lover of arts, you might want to check out what I have to offer.

WHAT WILL I BE SEEING?

Like I said its an art blog, designed to celebrate creativity and literature. But I will focus on three things mainly, books, movies and music. And there will be reviews and constructive criticism! These are things I always love to talk about and it goes far beyond the ‘Oh, I love this book.” as a literature student and creative writer, I like to go deeper and pull out the fun in things, the fun that people can’t  see. And I plan to do this in the most not boring way possible.

WHY SHOULD I BE INTERESTED IN AN ART BLOG?  

The real question here should be, why should you be interested in arts. You see, Art is all around us. Art is all about creating and mirroring life through our creations. Through the books we read, the movies we watch, the music we listen to. All of this shows what art is all about, it shows what life is all about. Being interested in art, is being interested in life itself. Art mirrors life, just as it is life. It’s left to you to know if you want to take part in that.


I’M NOT A CREATIVE, IS THE BLOG USEFUL TO ME?

Well, the new Geekysharon, isn’t just for creatives, in fact it’s for everyone, everyone who’s interested in the creation of arts and creativity, that is. As I said before, its a blog for art lovers to celebrate arts and literature. So if you love books, movies and music and you want to dissect and look deeper in them than what you see in the surface, then Welcome to my blog.
